PhD Graduate Economist<\/strong><\/p>\n

After studying economics and subsequently obtaining a PhD in marketing, Werner spent nearly 30 years in the oil industry. His focus was on marketing and sales, with positions ranging from head of advertising and sales promotion to marketing director for Europe and managing director of a fuel card and fleet management company. Most recently, Werner headed the national companies of BP in Austria and Switzerland as a member of the management board.<\/p>\n

Since 2007 Werner has worked as a freelance consultant in the areas of strategy, organization, marketing, and sales. Due to his many years of leadership experience in the top management of internationally operating companies, he places particular value on a holistic view of projects and change processes \u2013 the \u201cview of the big picture\u201d, which is absolutely necessary in today\u2019s high-grade division of labor. In addition to his profound theoretical and methodological knowledge, Werner has excellent industry knowledge in the mineral oil industry as well as in the automotive, payment, and loyalty card system fields.<\/p>\n

In addition, Werner is a lecturer in strategic management as part of the MBA training at the University of Applied Sciences Niederrhein in M\u00f6nchengladbach.<\/p>\n
